Haskell Playground Temporary Area Closure Notice

The Town of Sudbury has temporarily closed certain areas of the Haskell Playground due to a safety issue identified with portions of the poured-in-place playground surfacing. Recent review determined that these areas do not currently meet required safety standards for fall protection.
Out of an abundance of caution, the affected sections of the playground have been roped off and will remain closed until repairs can be completed. Public safety, especially the safety of children, is our top priority.
The contractor has accepted responsibility for the repairs, which will be completed under warranty once weather conditions allow for proper installation. The Town anticipates that repairs will occur in the spring, with the goal of reopening the affected areas as soon as work is completed and safety standards are met.
We appreciate the community’s patience and understanding as we work to address this issue promptly and safely.

Sudbury Parks and Recreation is proud to provide you with our activity registration system and website. To get started please Create an Account with all your household information. The data provided - emergency contacts, medical information, etc. - will help us better serve you. This info will also be automatically placed into your registration forms.

Atkinson Pool WINTER UPDATE

As always, there are two ways to swim here.
A pool membership or a daily fee.

If you are interested in a pool membership, you are now able to purchase a recurring membership online
(link below). If you prefer to do it in person, someone is at the pool front desk to help you 8:30-4:00
Monday thru Friday. A single month membership is not available for purchase online, but can be purchased
in person.

Note: New Membership/Swim hours during swim team season (December 1 -February 13)*

The membership hours and costs are as follows:
5:30 AM – 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday *
$72 per month for Adults (up to 60 years old)
$60 per month for Seniors. (60 or older)

If you prefer a Daily Pass:
5:30 AM – 3:00 PM* Monday thru Friday Drop-In Swim: The daily fee will be $12.00.
Currently you do not need to register ahead for drop-in swim. Soon to change.
*After 3:00 pm & Weekend Hours Swim Reservation: Purchased online and availability
will be updated and posted weekly. ($8.00 per hour)
Weekdays after 3:00pm are very limited during swim team season.

Family Lane ($20.00) and Tiny Tot ($6.00) lane availability will be posted online.
