Program Snapshot
Who: Grades K–2 (Co-ed) & Grades 3–5 (Co-ed)

How to Register: Choose your sport (Basketball, Gym Games, Baseball, Flag Football (summer TBA) and grade group, then select the session listing that matches the dates/time below.
HPA: Gym Games
Fast-paced gym games, movement, and coordination work using age-appropriate activities. Emphasis on teamwork, listening skills, and having fun while staying active.
Games will include: Capture the Flag, Sharks & Minnows, Dragon Tails, 4-Corners, Safe-Tag, 4-Square Relay, and other popular gym games.

Basketball Clinics
A high-energy clinic focused on dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and age-appropriate game play. Low coach-to-player ratios and positive, technique-first feedback.
Spring 2026 (Thursdays • 5 weeks)

Baseball Skills Clinics — Spring 2026
Indoor skills clinics emphasizing throwing mechanics, glove work, footwork, batting fundamentals (dry-swings/tee/soft toss as facility allows), and game IQ — scaled to age.
Tuesdays • 5 weeks

Flag Football — Summer 2026 8/10 - 8/14/26 9am-12pm
Non-contact fundamentals: throwing, catching, route running, defensive positioning, and small-sided games. Registration is opening for this on Jan. 21st 11am!
- Who: Grades K–2 & Grades 3–5 (Co-ed)
- When: Aug. 10-14, 9am-12pm
- Where: Fairbank Community Center/Sudbury Parks & Rec
- What: Good old fun flag football played safely!
Registration for this program opens Jan. 21st 11am for residents! Non-residents Feb. 11th at 11am. Stay tuned for more info soon!
What to Bring
- Labeled water bottle
- Clean indoor sneakers (please change into them at the gym)
- Comfortable athletic clothing (shorts recommended)
- Baseball only: personal glove
Arrival & Quick Notes
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and check in at the Parks & Rec desk.
- Only clean, dry sneakers are allowed on the gym floor; water only in the gym.
- Schedules may adjust for elections, maintenance, or weather; any changes will be emailed.
