Basketball Clinics
A high-energy clinic focused on dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and age-appropriate game play. Low coach-to-player ratios and positive, technique-first feedback.

Baseball Skills Clinics — Spring 2026
Indoor skills clinics emphasizing throwing mechanics, glove work, footwork, batting fundamentals (dry-swings/tee/soft toss as facility allows), and game IQ — scaled to age.
Tuesdays • 5 weeks

Flag Football — Summer 2026 (TBA)
Non-contact fundamentals: throwing, catching, route running, defensive positioning, and small-sided games. Details will post soon.

What to Bring
- Labeled water bottle
- Clean indoor sneakers (please change into them at the gym)
- Comfortable athletic clothing (shorts recommended)
- Baseball only: personal glove (optional but encouraged)
Arrival & Quick Notes
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and check in at the Parks & Rec desk.
- Only clean, dry sneakers are allowed on the gym floor; water only in the gym.
- Schedules may adjust for elections, maintenance, or weather; any changes will be emailed.
