Boston Athletic Training: Youth Advanced Sports Training
 
This 4-week program is designed to elevate athletic performance with a focus on advanced Plyometrics, Sprints, and Conditioning. Perfect for athletes serious about improving their explosiveness, speed and conditioning and ideal for those preparing for winter sports. This program is open to athletes from Grade 7-12.
 
- Ages: Grade 7 - 12Coach Chaim
- Location: Indoor Basketball Court, Fairbanks Community Center
- Dates: Saturdays, Nov 2, 9, 16, and 23
- Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Cost: $150 per athlete for the 4-week session / $250 special rate for siblings
- Trainers: Boston Athletic Training (Licensed & Certified)
