February School Break Field Trip Program (4-Day)

Dates: Tuesday - Friday 
Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Optional extended AM & PM available) 
AM Care: 8:00-9:00am
PM Care: 3:00-5:00pm
Ages/Grades: 4th-8th grade (+sibling 3rd graders)
Lunch: Included each day
Capacity Guidelines: This program has an initial capacity of 11 youth (this will fit on our mini-bus and 2 staff). If we receive 11 registrations and our wait-list grows to at least 9 more participants (totaling 20+). In that case, we will reopen registration and accommodate all waitlisted youth by securing a full school bus rental for the week. So if you go to register and it's full, be sure to register for the wait-list giving the best chance!
Furthermore, if we do not get at least 8 registrations this program will be canceled due to low enrollment. Help by signing up early!

Group Break Down: 
Two groups will be separated for various activities and front/back of bus etc.
Grades 3-5 Group
Grades 6-8 Group

Cost: 
- Resident: $340 
- Non-Resident: $350 
- Daily Rate will start registration on 2/3/24 at $95R/$100NR (if space allows)
- Daily Rates Not Available until February 3rd.
- Extended AM (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM): $15 daily or $50 for the week.
- Extended PM (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM): $20 daily or $70 for the week.
You can now sign-up with just a $100 deposit with the remaining balance due Jan. 30th. Currently, ONLY full 4-Day Week Registration is available. On February 3rd individual day registration opens. Keep in mind that the individual day rate is higher and those days will only be available as space allows.
You won't see the option for a deposit until you go to check out and it will present the option of paying the full amount of the deposit.

Daily Schedule: 
- 8:00 AM: 1st Hour of Day is Early Drop-Off Time Option
- 9:00 AM: Drop-off at Fairbank Community Center (FCC) 
- 9:15 AM: Morning meeting and overview of the day's trip 
- 9:30 AM: Departure for field trip location 
- 3:00 PM: Return to Fairbank Community Center 
- 3:00 PM: Pick-up for standard day participants 
- 3:00 - 5:00 PM: Extended Day Option

Day-by-Day Breakdown: *All trips are subject to change.

Tuesday: Urban Air Adventure Park 
- Location: Bellingham, MA 
- Activities: Trampoline park, climbing walls, warrior course, and zip line 
- Lunch: Pizza & Drinks
- What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, socks, water bottle

Wednesday: Snow Tubing at Ski Ward* trip subject to change due to weather conditions. Alternative option will be movie & trampoline park TBA. 
- Location: Shrewsbury, MA 
- Activities: Snow tubing on the slopes 
- Lunch: Pizza & Drink
- What to Bring: Warm clothing, gloves, hat, snow boots

Thursday: On-Site Pool, Gym, & Fun Day (Pizza Party) 
- Location: Fairbank Community Center (FCC), Sudbury, MA 
- Activities: Swimming, gym games, and a fun pizza party for lunch 
- Lunch: Mac Cheese side, drink, & Hoodsie Cup.
- What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, water bottle, sneakers for gym activities

Friday: Dave & Busters  
- Location: Natick, MA 
- Activities: Arcades Galore  
- Lunch: Full Buffet
- What to Bring: Money for shopping in Natick Mall after D&B's

Additional Information: 
- Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location: Fairbank Community Center (FCC). Enter on the left side of the building near the outdoor basketball courts. 
- Optional Extended AM & PM Care: 
  - AM (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
  - PM (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

Registration Ends: February 13th no exceptions

The Cancellation Policy for this program is specific:
You must cancel no less than 2 full weeks before the date of this field trip. Daily registration is NON-REFUNDABLE. We staff to ratio, pre-purchase tickets, and reserve busing appropriate for the number of youth we have registered

IF PROGRAM IS FULL PLEASE REGISTER ($0 FEE) FOR THE WAIT-LIST. ONCE WE GET ENOUGH REGISTRATIONS FROM THE WAIT-LIST WE CAN OPEN UP TO A FULL BUS!

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made using our Refund Request Form, found on our website, and dated at least 7 business days prior to the start of the program. Refund request made at least 7 business days in advance of the program will be assessed a $10 withdrawal fee. After 7 business days, no refunds will be granted. Refunds are easier to process if you pay by credit card. If more than three months have passed since your original credit card transaction your refund will be proceed by check. If you paid by check, you must submit a refund form with a copy of the cancelled check.
