Program Name: Reserve the Gym Program

• Cost: $40 per side for 90 minutes; $80 for the full gym.
• Eligibility: Sudbury residents only.
• Activities Allowed: Basketball, Volleyball (participants assist with setup), Pickleball, and Badminton.
• Equipment Available for Borrowing: Pickleball nets, badminton nets, basketballs, volleyballs, and volleyball nets.
• Capacity: Each side accommodates up to 15 people.
• Scheduling: Reservations are for 90-minute periods, offered randomly and sporadically between other scheduled programs. Check back to see what time blocks might be available. Often there will be no time blocks available. 

1. Set-Up and Break-Down: Your reservation time includes set-up and break-down. Please plan accordingly.
2. Check-In: All participants must check in at the front desk before entering the gym.
3. Scheduled Entry: Do not enter the gym before your scheduled time, as other groups may still be using the space.
4. Staff Assistance: Staff will assist with equipment and set-up during your reserved time.
5. Footwear and Food: Only clean sneakers are allowed on the playing surface. No wet or dirty footwear. Food is not permitted; only water is allowed in the gym.
6. Adult Supervision: The adult making the reservation must be present for the full duration of the activity.
7. Activity Restriction: This program is for family enjoyment only and cannot be sublet or used for paid coaching. Only the approved sports listed may be played.
