Rockstar Runners - Fall 2025

REGISTRATION OPENS MONDAY 9am

Grades: 3-6
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30–4:45 PM (if you're a little late due to bus schedule it's ok!)
Session Dates: starts September 16th and goes 6 weeks/12 total runs.
Location: Sudbury Parks & Recreation - Meet at the front entrance of the Fairbank Community Center
Fee: $150

Description:
Rockstar Runners is more than just a running program—it’s an empowering experience where participants build confidence, develop life skills, and form lasting friendships! Over the course of 6 weeks (12 lessons), caring coaches will guide engaging activities, group discussions, and fun physical challenges. We have local volunteer coaches!

Running Buddies: By the second week, we will be asking participants to think about who they would like to run with them.  This will give their Running Buddies time to prepare and train as well.  All Running Buddies must be 16+ years old and we suggest running with your participant to make sure you find your paired "Happy Pace!"  A Running Buddy can be a parent/guardian, family member, neighbor, teacher, or Beast Mode coach, or anyone else your participant would like to run with.

THIS IS RAIN OR SHINE Program, unless weather is very bad.  Coaches will make the decision and email parents. Please dress appropriately!

Each season culminates in a Celebratory Sudbury Rail Trail 5K on Saturday, October 25th, where every participant crosses the finish line with pride and accomplishment. 

Rockstar Runners Transportation Option
  • Runners Bus is available for the first 12 youth.
  • Pick-Up Location: Curtis Middle School at dismissal
  • Cost: $25 for all 6 weeks of practice
  • Pre-registration required! No walk-ins.
