Mom & Me Postpartum Strength Class
Who: Postpartum moms (6+ weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise); babies to pre-crawlers encouraged
When: Mondays, Jan. 5 - Feb. 23 (6 classes)
Time: 9:00 – 10:00 AM
Where: Fairbank Community Center – Fitness Room (check in at the Parks & Rec desk)
Fee: $125 for the 6-week session
About the Class
Join Dr. Maggie Curtis, pelvic health physical therapist, for a supportive 6-week series focused on rebuilding core, pelvic floor, and postural strength in the early months postpartum. Each class includes a gentle, progressive strength circuit and a short connection segment at the end.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by their medical provider.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat and water bottle
- Comfortable, supportive clothing
- Baby essentials (diapers, wipes, blanket); strollers welcome for parking in the room
About the Instructor
Dr. Maggie Curtis earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and treats sports, pelvic health, and orthopedic patients. She owns Harbor Strength Physical Therapy (in-home PT) and leads fitness classes emphasizing strength, rehab, and injury prevention.
