IMPORTANT UPDATE: TAZ ROOM NOW REQUIRES PRE-REGISTRATION

Who Needs to Pre-Register?
- TAZ Weekday Pass users: Must register and pay online before arriving.
- TAZ Room Weekends: Require a separate weekend registration when sessions are offered.
- TAZ Room PM: Only for those already registered in a Youth Rec program can gain access. See front desk attendant. If no attendant is available, you won't be able to gain access.
- Taz Room Monthly Recurring Members: DO NOT NEED PRE-REGISTRATION.
Families are asked to always complete payment online before coming to play. You may register days in advance or right before leaving the house.
This helps streamline front desk check-in, reduce delays, and provide faster access to the room.
Monthly Recurring Membership Families
Families with an active Monthly Membership are already paid and pre-registered. No additional online registration is required.
You must still check in at the front desk under your household membership name.
Hours of Operation
- Weekdays: Monday–Friday • 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Weekends: 90-minute reservation blocks when offered (typically mornings)
- TAZ Room PM: Late-afternoon use tied to another youth program (times vary)
Front Desk Check-In (Quick & Easy)
Please show a screenshot of your registration or the confirmation email you received after registering when checking in at the front desk. Completing registration and payment ahead of time allows for faster entry and avoids delays at the desk.
You must have a MyRec account, and your children must be added as household members. Only one child per family is registered, which provides access for your core household family.
- Staff can also look you up on the registration roster if needed.
- Once checked in, you may enter the TAZ Room.
Rules and Guidelines (Apply to All Options)
- The TAZ Room is not staffed. A parent or guardian must remain with their child at all times.
- Designed for children ages 1–5. Older siblings should not use the equipment.
- Clean indoor shoes or socks only on play surfaces.
- Water is permitted. Snacks must be contained and cleaned up.
- No rough or unsafe play.
- Families are responsible for cleaning up before leaving.
- Stay home if sick.
TAZ Room Closures
The TAZ Room is closed on all legal holidays and may close due to facility usage or weather. Please call ahead if weather conditions are uncertain.
