Dear TAZ Room Families,
We are making an important update to how the Toddler Action Zone (TAZ Room) operates.
** Effective Immediately: No Drop-Ins Accepted
All TAZ Room visits now require online pre-registration.
Register in advance or right before you leave the house, but walk-ins without registration will not be permitted.
Pricing has not changed. This is a process update to improve check-in.
HOW TO REGISTER???? (REQUIRED)
Step 1: Choose the registration option that matches your visit type (Weekday Pass, Monthly Membership, or Weekend Block).
Step 2: Complete checkout online before arriving.
Step 3: Take a screenshot or save your confirmation email to show the front desk staff to get access.
One Registration Per Family
Only 1 registration per family is required. We ask this stays within your core family. (The rules below apply to all options. Schedules differ by option.)

Option 1: TAZ Weekday Pass (Individual Weekday Visits between 8am-3pm)
Use this option if you want to register for specific weekday dates.

- You may purchase multiple passes at once
- Select dates carefully at checkout (most common mistake)
- Your day pass grants access from 8am-3pm Monday-Friday on the single date of your choice.

Option 2: Monthly Membership (Unlimited Weekdays 8:00 AM–3:00 PM)
Best for families who visit regularly.
- Unlimited weekday access 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (closed holidays and select dates)
- Eligible for 50% off weekend reservations
- Check in by family membership name at the front desk
- $40 Resident | $45 Non-Resident

Option 3: TAZ Room Weekends (Reservation Blocks)
Weekend blocks are offered only when available and always require registration ahead of time.
- Typical blocks: 9:00–10:30 AM and 10:45 AM–12:15 PM
- Capacity: 6 families per time block
- Standard: $8 Resident | $10 Non-Resident
- Member Rate: $4 Resident | $5 Non-Resident (discount applied at check-out)
- No walk-ins! The room is not always available, and registration limits apply.

TAZ ROOM – CLOSURES
The TAZ Room is closed on all legal holidays, and may also be closed on certain days due to facility closures or facility usage. If weather is poor call ahead to check if we are open!
RULES & GUIDELINES (APPLY TO ALL OPTIONS)
**Supervision Requirement (Not Staffed)
The TAZ Room is NOT staffed or supervised by Sudbury Parks & Recreation staff.
A parent/guardian must remain in the room with their child at all times.
Families are responsible for cleaning up before leaving.
Ages 1–5 Parent-Supervised 1 Registration Per Family
- One registration per family is required. We ask this stays within your core family.
- Designed for children ages 1–5. Older siblings should not use the play equipment.
- Clean indoor shoes or socks only on play surfaces. No boots, cleats, or wet footwear.
- Food and drinks: Water is welcome. Keep snacks contained and clean up crumbs/spills.
- Be respectful of sharing and space. Take turns and help younger children navigate safely.
- No rough play. Unsafe behavior is not permitted.
- Keep personal items together. Parks & Rec is not responsible for lost items.
- Stay home if sick. If symptoms begin while you are here, please end your visit.
- Clean-up is required before leaving. Return toys/equipment so the room is ready for the next family.
