5 Weeks / 10 Practices
Program Description
Beast Mode Runners is designed for runners and athletes, but it is more than just a running program. Participants build confidence, develop life skills, and form lasting friendships in a supportive and motivating environment.
Over the course of 5 weeks (10 practices), caring coaches guide engaging activities, group discussions, and fun physical challenges. Local volunteer coaches support each session.
Running Buddies
By the second week, participants will be asked to choose a Running Buddy to train with them. This gives buddies time to prepare and helps runners find their paired “Happy Pace.”
Running Buddies must be 16+ years old and may be a parent/guardian, family member, neighbor, teacher, Beast Mode coach, or another trusted adult.
Weather Policy
This is a rain or shine program unless weather conditions are unsafe. Coaches will make the decision and notify families via email. Please dress appropriately.
Celebratory 5K
Each season concludes with a Celebratory 5K on Sunday, May 17th. Every participant crosses the finish line with pride and accomplishment. This is a Rain or Shine event!
Coach Background
Coach Rachele Manning has several years of experience leading movement-based programs for children through Parks & Recreation departments, schools, and camps.
Since launching Obstacle Fitness in 2019, she has specialized in inclusive, engaging activities that promote coordination, teamwork, and confidence for participants of all ability levels.
