Fierce Fitness, Girls' Program (Obstacle Fitness)
Fierce Fitness for Girls is what Rockstar Runners do in the winter to stay running ready. Fierce Fitness is an upbeat, confidence-boosting conditioning program for girls in grades 3–6 who are ready to challenge their fitness. This isn't about who can do the most push ups or burpees — it's about having fun, lifting each other up, and discovering just how strong you can be when challenge yourself to do one more rep. This class will focus on body weight exercises baked into team games, relays, and mini competitions. Girls will build their strength, tenacity and friendships — all in a supportive, all-girl environment where everyone is fierce.
Goals for the Program:
1. Build confidence,
2. Get stronger, and
3. Have fun!
