Camp Sessions & Daily Schedule
Session 1: June 29 – July 10
Closed July 3 (Independence Day)
Session 2: July 13 – July 24
Session 3: July 27 – August 7
Core Camp: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pre-School Pals: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
No extended care for Pre-School Pals

Extended Care: AM 8:00 – 9:00 AM • PM 3:00 – 4:30 PM
Program Fees
Full Day Program (Ages 5–10):
$800 Resident / $810 Non-Resident
Per 2-week session
Pre-School Pals:
$320 per child per week
1-week registration
Session 1 includes a reduced fee due to the July 3 closure:
Ages 5–10: $80 reduction • Pre-School Pals: $64 reduction

Pre-School Pals: Pre-K (ages 3–4) • 15
5–6 Year Olds: 30
7–8 Year Olds: 35
9–10 Year Olds: 35

  4. If you need assistance setting up a payment plan, please contact us.
  5. Extended AM/PM Care: You may add it now if available, or register for it later.

After successful registration: Please complete the required camper health form.

Camp Health Form (Required)

Families will receive a follow-up email in March requesting additional paperwork, including emergency contacts and consent forms. Field trips are included in the program fee.

Program Overview

  • Daily activities include sports, games, arts and crafts, music, science, and themed programming
  • Campers are grouped by age for programming, supervision, and age-appropriate activities
  • Led by trained counselors, activity specialists, and support staff
  • Special Events: Each session ends with a fun, camp-wide Talent Show
  • Campers bring a nut-free lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and comfortable clothing daily; medications are checked in each morning with the Nurse or Nurse Intern

Aquatics

Campers participate in daily aquatics that include fun pool games, free swim time, and structured water activities led by trained staff.

Swimmers are grouped by ability, with opportunities for basic swim instruction, confidence-building skills, and water safety practice.

Families with aquatics-related accommodations or concerns should contact us in advance.

Field Trips

Campers attend one field trip per session during the second week on Wednesday. Trip day subject to change. No refunds for changed trips.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment plans begin in January. Balances must be paid in full before the first day of camp.
  • Jan 7 – Apr 24: $10 cancellation fee per child, per session
  • Apr 25 – May 31: $50 cancellation fee per child, per session
  • No refunds after May 31
