Resident Registration: Opens Tuesday, January 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM (ET).
Non-Resident Registration: Opens Tuesday, January 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM (ET).
Register online at sudburyma.myrec.com. Sessions fill quickly; early registration is recommended.
Full program details will be released in late November or early December, including weekly schedules, special events, and any field trips.
2026 Camp Sessions (Two Weeks Each)
- Session 1: June 29 – July 10 (Closed July 3 for Independence Day)
- Session 2: July 13 – July 24
- Session 3: July 27 – August 7

Daily activities include sports, arts & crafts, swimming, science, music, and themed games led by experienced counselors and activity specialists.
Daily Schedule & Extended Care
Core Camp Day: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Extended AM Care: 8:00 – 9:00 AM
Extended PM Care: 3:00 – 4:30 PM
Extended care fees will be announced with the full information packet.
What to bring daily: nut-free lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and comfortable play clothes.
CIT Program (Counselor-in-Training)
Ages: 14–15 (with limited age exceptions considered)
Session Length: Two weeks (aligned to the camp session dates)
Cost: $500 per 2-week session
- Hands-on leadership experience supporting camper groups under staff supervision.
- Foundations in safety, communication, activity leadership, and positive behavior management.
- Opportunities to assist with sports, arts, swim support, and daily logistics.
Space is limited. Placement may require a brief interview and/or reference. Unless otherwise noted, the payment plan and refund policy below apply to CIT enrollment.
Payment Plans & Refund Policy
- Payment Plans: Equal-size installment plans begin in January. All balances must be paid in full prior to your child’s first day of camp.
- Cancellations January 7 – April 24: $10 fee per child, per session.
- Cancellations April 25 – May 31: $20 fee per child, per session.
- No refunds after May 31.
Example: Two children enrolled in three sessions equals six session enrollments. Cancellation fees apply per enrolled session.
