Sudbury Parks & Recreation

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing — email is preferred. Refunds are subject to cancellation fees based on the type and timing of the program. All fees are per person, per session, unless otherwise noted. Exceptions to this policy are listed on individual program registration pages.
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds are easiest to process for credit card payments. If you paid by check, you must submit a refund form and include a copy of your cancelled check.
