Welcome to "Rebel Art: Art Without Boundaries," a bold and liberating painting and art program designed for those who refuse to be confined by tradition. This class invites you to break the mold and explore the limitless possibilities of art.

Perfect for beginners and free-thinkers, you’ll learn to express yourself in ways you never thought possible by embracing unconventional techniques, daring color palettes, and experimental materials (Q-tips, sand, your fingers, and more)!

By signing up for Park and Recreation programs early, you help prevent cancellations by demonstrating sufficient interest and ensuring that programs reach their minimum participant requirements.

Refund Policy
* Refund requests must be made using our Refund Request Form, found on our website under General/Department Information
* Refund requests that are dated and submitted prior to the start of the program on either October 25th, November 15th, and/or December 6th 2024, will be assessed a $10 withdrawal fee. After these dates, no refunds will be granted.
