Level Up Gymnastics
Level Up is a new Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy!  The owner and head coach has over 15 years of experience working with young gymnasts.  Her students have won National and International titles!  

Mayya Shamis is A National team member in Rhythmic Gymnastics with 12 years of being a professional athlete and over 15 years of coaching beginner and advanced levels.  Her students competed at world championships in 2022.  She is a well known coach in the USA and is very excited to start a new rhythmic gymnastics program in the Town of Sudbury.

Rhythmic gymnastics is one of the most elegant sports, it offers students ability to become flexible, strong and helps improve coordination by working with different equipment.  Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic sport, where team USA currently holds top 5 place!

Goals
  • Learn full splits
  • Basic Acro (Forward roll, backwards roll, cartwheel, bridges and front walkovers)
  • Knowing how to jump rope
