Please read through the full information below to understand how memberships work, registration details, and seasonal guidelines.
Season Dates: Tuesday, September 23, 2025 – Friday, April 17, 2026
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (No membership play on Wednesdays)
Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Fairbank Community Center Gymnasium
Eligibility: Adults age 18+
Note: Beginners are encouraged to take a clinic and have prior experience before participating in open play.
Important: Schedule may be adjusted due to holidays, weather, elections, or building maintenance. Dates will be posted as they are confirmed.

Choose from a full season or a monthly membership.

Sudbury Resident: $300 Full Season / $48 Monthly
Sudbury Resident 60+: $270 Full Season / $43 Monthly
- Price adjustment will happen at check-out automatically by age (60yo+). It won't display until you are checking out!
Non-Resident: $350 Full Season / $55 Monthly
Non-Resident 60+: $320 Full Season / $50 Monthly
No drop-ins or day passes.

No play on holidays, Town-observed holidays, or posted blackout dates
No play on Wednesdays (we have Private Court Reservations & Clinics)
Must scan in using your membership card at the front desk

Clean court sneakers ONLY! We can all do our part in helping keep the courts clean and safe for all.

Pickleball Membership

Full Season Membership: This option is a one-time payment that secures your spot for the entire indoor season. We will reduce the full season fee slightly each month as the season progresses.
Monthly Recurring Membership: This flexible plan is designed for those who prefer not to commit to the full season. It automatically renews each month unless you cancel. Starts on the day you register.
Please note: If you cancel a monthly plan, we cannot guarantee space will be available should you wish to rejoin later.
Pickleball Membership Cancellations: If you cancel a full-season Pickleball Membership, your refund will be calculated as follows: A 5% cancellation fee is deducted from the total fee paid.
A $52 charge per month is applied for each month your membership was active. Partial months count as full months.
Example: Membership Fee = $300; 5% fee = $15; Active for 2.4 months ? 3 months × $52 = $156; Total Deductions = $15 + $156 = $171; Refund Issued = $129.
Gym subject to closure for Town Elections & Holidays.
