Girls on the Run

REGISTRATION OPENS MONDAY 9am

Grades: 3-5
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:45–5:15 PM
Session Dates: starts April 1 and goes 8 weeks/16 total runs.
Location: Sudbury Parks & Recreation - Meet behind the senior center in the backfield (behind the FCC building).
Fee: $290 (Financial assistance available)
  •      Registration Fee: $65 to Sudbury Parks & Rec
    • The first step is to register with Sudbury Parks & Rec down at the bottom of this page.
  •      GOTR Registration: $225 to Girls on the Run via their website.
    • After registering with SPR CLICK HERE to register with GOTR.  
  • Be sure to complete BOTH registrations! 
Description:
Girls on the Run is more than just a running program—it’s an empowering experience where participants build confidence, develop life skills, and form lasting friendships! Over the course of 8 weeks (16 lessons), caring coaches will guide engaging activities, group discussions, and fun physical challenges. We have local volunteer coaches!

Each season culminates in a Celebratory 5K on Saturday, May 31, where every participant crosses the finish line with pride and accomplishment. Additionally, teams will collaborate on a Community Impact Project, making a difference in the world around them.

Financial Aid:
If any family needs financial assistance beyond that offered in our sliding scale assistance model (GOTR Registration Fee Information), please have them reach out to the Program Team directly at gotrgbinfo@gmail.com. We are also excited to offer a payment plan for online registration this season, where families will have the option to pay 50% of their registration fee at the time of registration, and 50% in 30 days. This option is for online registration only and is available regardless of the financial aid amount selected.
